• Crimping Presses are fitted with Crimp Force Monitoring and Crimp Connections are Pull Force and Crimp Height Tested, data is captured electronically for data analysis and quality records for traceability.

• Completed assemblies go through a fully computerised eTESTING procedure to confirm a completed manufacturing process, with all test files stored to a central server for data reporting.

• Final inspection checkpoints before products are packaged and dispatched ensure our product conforms to client requirements.

• Our in-house training is customised to suit our manufacturing cells and are based on the IPC/WHMA-A-620C Standards.
