TF Industrial Packaging Machine

 

The most recent development is the introduction of a new process - plastic/plastic heating sealed with a paper insert inside. It is a simpler, low cost process when compared with high frequency sealing, and the materials are completely recyclable.

Additionally, the customer avoids the problems and costs related to pre-formed trays such as purchasing, storage, conservation, and hygiene and has total control of the production.

We have developed thermoforming lines to pack toothbrushes, babies products, safety razors, small metal parts (nails, screws, dowels), small electric parts (terminals, fasteners, electrodes), interrupters, plugs, bulbs, knives, household articles, adhesives & glue sticks, WC cleaners, air fresheners & aerosols, stationery, videotapes, vacuum cleaner bags, etc. A specific technology has been developed for special and complicated blister shapes and for the fast changeover of the tooling.

 

TF Medical Packaging Machine

 

The need to automatically pack with speed and precision items such as disposable-syringes, needles, surgical kits, catheters, infusion sets, gauze, speculums, deodorants, baby articles, can be met by the TM-620. The machines are designed to work in clean rooms. It is possible to form trays with rigid or soft film, sealed with medical paper - Tyvek -carton boards or plastic films.
